1. Table Reservations

Table reservations are held for up to 15 minutes past the scheduled slot. For private VIP suite reservations, please notify our concierge at least 4 hours prior in case of delays.

2. Handi Delivery & Freshness

All dum handis are prepared fresh upon order and sealed in clay dough over live embers. For optimal aroma, we recommend unsealing the dough within 45 minutes of receipt.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Online handi orders can be cancelled within 5 minutes of order placement prior to clay sealing.
